About Me:

I am unsure where my interest, love and respect for birth came from however I do know it has been a part of me for as long as I can remember. I truly believe birth is a beautiful and natural process, a women's body is wise and capable of birthing when she feels safe, secure and supported.

I am the proud mother of 2 beautiful boys, a DONA trained doula and a yoga teacher. Over the last 4 years I have had the pleasure of teacher pre-natal yoga to many expectant mothers. This training is something I am able to bring into the birth setting to assist mothers find the best positions for them and their babies.

Through my own birth journeys I have learned first hand the power of a women's birth story. The experience a women has during labour and birth is something she will never forget, good or bad. It has the power to shape emotions and ability to bond after birth. A birth that fits a mothers desire and vision allows her and her partner to feel powerful, confident and strong.

It is such an honour and blessing to be a part of a women's birth story. To help a mom and dad feel that sense of accomplishment and confidence that comes with birth is an absolute joy.

Birth Doula Services

Two prenatal consultations to discuss your birth plan, labour preferences, and to answer any questions you or your partner may have.
Unlimited phone or email contact during business hours to answer any questions you may have.
24/7 On call support two weeks before your estimated due date until the date of delivery.
Early labour support in home or via phone until you decide that you need me at your side.
Attendance during labour, delivery and two hours after the birth to help establish breastfeeding.
Although I am not a photographer I am happy to take pictures upon your request
Back up Doula
One postpartum visit approximately 3-7 days after the birth to review your birth experience, share photos if requested, answer any questions you may have and of course to admire your little one.

Price and availability:

I am currently booking a limited number of clients for 2016 at a price of $500/ birth.

If you are in need of support but have finincial constraints please contact me and I will do my best to help you or find someone who can. I truely delieve every women deserves a great support system.
